THE Executive Director of the renowned Wagh Bakri Tea Group Parag Desai has died in a horrific clash with street dogs.
Desai,49, reportedly suffered fatal injuries after trying to ward off a pack of strays on October 15.
He was rushed to the Hospital after a security guard outside his residence alerted his family members about the incident.
After a day of observation at the hospital, the businessman was shifted to Zydus Hospital for surgery.
However, the doctors lost him to a brain haemorrhage during the treatment – it has been reported.
Rajya Sabha member Shaktisinh Gohil paid his tribute to Desai in an online post.

He wrote: “It is a very sad news.
“We lost him to a brain haemorrhage, may his soul rest in peace
“My condolences to the entire Wagh Bakri family across India.”
