Who is Abigail Spanberger’s husband, Adam?

Abigail Spanberger is married to her longtime husband, Adam.

Adam has worked as a lead software engineer for L3Harris Technologies since July 2019.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, Adam worked as a software engineer for DCS Corporation.

In addition to his career as a software engineer, Adam has supported his wife in Congress since she was elected in 2018.

His LinkedIn lists himself as a “Jack of all Trades” for Spanberger for Congress.

Adam listed that he “learned the basics of WordPress, email marketing, digital advertising, and campaign finance law.”

Do Abigail and Adam have children?

Throughout their marriage, Abigail and Adam have welcomed three daughters.

While not much is known about her daughters, her profile on the House of Representatives website revealed that her children are school-aged.

Additionally, she has posted photos of her children and husband involved in her campaigns.

Who is Abigail Spanberger?

Abigail Spanberger is an American politician born on August 7, 1979, in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Abigail received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and master’s degree from Purdue University.

In 2006, the New Jersey native worked for the CIA as an operations officer.

She remained in her position until 2014. In 2017, Abigail began her political career when former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe appointed her to join the Virginia Fair Housing Board.

That same year, in July 2017, Abigail announced she was running for the US House of Representatives in Virginia’s 7th District.

She ultimately won being sworn into office on January 3, 2019.

On November 13, 2023, Abigail announced she was running for Virginia Governor in 2025.
