Austin Scott’s wife, Vivien, was born and raised in Florida.
Vivien went on to attend the University of Georgia, where she met her husband.
According to her X account (formerly known as Twitter), Vivien is a “proud wife and biggest supporter” of her husband, Austin.

Austin Scott is a politician born on December 10, 1969, in Augusta, Georgia.
He received his Bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.

At 26 years old, Austin was elected as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives in 1996.
He held this position until 2011 when he became a member of the US House of Representatives of Georgia’s eighth district.
Throughout his political career, Austin has advocated for agriculture issues and sits as a vice chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.
On October 13, 2023, the US Representative announced he was running to be the next House Speaker following Kevin McCarthy’s oust.
