Steve Scalise has been married to Jennifer Scalise for about 18 years.
The couple wed on March 19, 2005, at the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans, Louisiana per Times Now News.

According to the outlet, Jennifer was raised in Louisiana and attended Andrew Jackson Fundamental High School in Chalmette.

Jennifer has supported her husband’s career and stood beside him as he spoke to reporters following a Wednesday, October 11, 2023 meeting in the Longworth House Office Building on Capitol Hill, per KTVU.
The meeting came after Steve was nominated to be Speaker of the House by the House Republican Conference.

Steve was born in New Orleans on October 6, 1965.
According to his government biography, he grew up in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and attended Archbishop Rummel High School.
He then studied computer science and political science at Louisiana State University.
The 58-year-old Republican serves as the House Majority Leader and representative for Louisiana’s 1st congressional district.
Steve was elected to Congress in 2008 and previously served in the Louisiana State Legislature from 1996 to 2008, per majorityleader.gov.
