Whoopi Goldberg Suggests Operation Epic Fury Diverts Attention from Epstein Scandal and Guthrie Kidnapping

In a recent episode of ABC’s The View, co-host Whoopi Goldberg presented a controversial theory, suggesting that Operation Epic Fury is a calculated distraction designed to divert the American public’s attention from significant issues. According to Goldberg, these include the abduction of Nancy Guthrie and the ongoing revelations surrounding the late Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal activities.

Goldberg expressed her frustrations on the show, saying, “It’s just nutty as hell. Every day brings something new, and it makes you wonder why we aren’t discussing important matters like what’s happening with Savannah Guthrie.” She questioned the media’s focus, pondering, “Why aren’t we talking about the Epstein files?” Despite frequent coverage of Epstein-related topics on The View, Goldberg argued that the current news cycle is designed to overwhelm and distract the public.

Goldberg’s remarks come on the heels of her defense of former President Bill Clinton, following his testimony before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Clinton claimed ignorance of Epstein’s criminal activities despite their well-documented association.

On the show, Goldberg stood by the Clintons, stating, “Say what you want about the Clintons, but has any evidence or emails pointed to their guilt or involvement beyond mere acquaintance?” Her comments highlight the ongoing debate about the extent of the Clintons’ relationship with Epstein, a connection that has been widely reported and scrutinized.

Indeed, just last week Goldberg was defending former President Bill Clinton after he testified to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that he had “no idea” about the crimes Jeffrey Epstein had committed despite his close ties to the convicted pedophile.

“You know, say what you want about the Clintons. Have any of the women or has anything in those emails pointed to them as being guilty or having anything to do other than knowing?” Goldberg said last Tuesday, despite wide reporting about the close ties between the Clintons and Epstein.
