THIS is the shocking moment a husband was caught “having sex” with his mistress in the back of a van by his furious wife.

Warren Cherowbrier, 34, who has been with his spouse for 17 years, was filmed with his pants down by his raging partner Charmaine.

Footage, which went viral on social media, shows the woman confronting Warren through the front window.

Charmaine can be heard shouting “are you f***ing her in the back of the van?”.

The video follows Charmaine as she walks to the rear of his father’s parked work van.

Warren is seen half naked with the woman as she attempts to hide her face.

Branding his lover a “bag”, Charmaine yells “enjoy it because this is going all over f***ing Facebook”.

Warren replies “I will kill you” and repeatedly tells Charmaine “we’re done”.

Charmaine continues: “It is alright isn’t it because the only person that is getting f***ing hurt is me and the kids.

“Carry on if you want a show, having a f***ing show.”

Warren, who is said to have been seeing the other woman for more than a year, attempts to diffuse the situation.

He says: “You’ve made your point. It’s over.”

But Charmaine then turns her verbal abuse towards the woman, who The Sun is not naming, and calls her a “lying sl*t”.

The woman threatens to “call the police” unless Charmaine stops filming.

Warren repeats: “Put the phone down. You’ve made your point. The kids are in the car. Can you just put the phone away please?”

Charmaine replies: “Yes your kids are in that car. Our kids are in that car.

“And you need to get your f***ing pants on. Pull your pants up, pull your pants up.”

She eventually makes her way back to her car where their children can be seen waiting.

Since the video went viral on social media, Warren has insisted he’s “done nothing wrong” and “infidelity happens thousands of times, every single day”.

He told MailOnline: “There’s two sides to every story. It’s not a difficult time for me at all because I separated from my wife and I had moved out of the marital home.

“It happens thousands of times, every single day, everywhere in the world, so as far as I’m concerned, I’ve done nothing wrong.

“We separated last year and I moved out of the marital home, so I don’t see the big deal with it. The only problem is it’s gone viral.”
