BRIAN Walshe, who is accused of killing his wife Ana, has been handed a sentence for his crimes of fraud in a separate case.
On Tuesday, a federal judge ruled that Walshe will serve 37 months on each count of federal art fraud.
In addition to his time served, Walshe is expected to pay $475,000 in retribution, with a $95,000 credit from payment he has already made, according to Boston-based Fox affiliate WFXT.
Walshe appeared in court on February 20 at 2:30 pm in Boston federal court with the prosecutor recommending 3 years in prison for his fraud.
The fraudster previously plea guilting in 2016 to similar charges when he stole real Andy Warhol paintings from a friend and attempted to sell fake versions to an art dealer.
