No, it’s not cancer and definitely Erin Burnett is not suffering from any illness this year but she had a major setback in 2017 as she suffered from an eye problem.

But Erin later explained that she had a bad cold and just minutes before her show, her eye began to swell.
So far she is not going through any major health issues that are concerning.
Although from her appearance she did lose some weight and that showed major concerns by the fans.
