Princess Eugenie has revealed the name of her newborn daughter – Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank – with the royal baby’s middle name paying tribute to her late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
The 36-year-old royal and daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson celebrated the arrival of her third child with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, 40. Their newest family member was born on August 3 at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.
Adelaide, the couple’s first daughter after sons August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, five, and Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, three, weighed 6lb 9oz and was born at 6.20pm.
Announcing her daughter’s full name on Instagram two weeks after the birth, Eugenie said: “2 weeks ago today we welcomed our girl to the world.
