Bayern Munich have revealed their striking new third kit for the 2025/26 season – and it’s a bold fusion of tradition and streetwear, loaded with subtle details and retro throwbacks.

Designed in collaboration with adidas and style collective BSTN, the shirt features a black base with deep red, green and off-white accents, creating a tonal checkered pattern that gives it a contemporary, urban edge.

But what makes this drop truly standout is its nod to club history: the classic FC Bayern eV badge from the 1920s is restored for this kit, joined by the iconic adidas Trefoil logo – both symbols tying the club’s heritage into the present.

Inside the collar sits the phrase “From the South. From the Heart.”, a tribute to the Bavarian spirit that fuels the club.

On the hem? A fine detail with meaning – a motif and inscription reading “Greetings from the Town Hall Balcony”, referring to Marienplatz, the iconic city square where Bayern celebrates trophies with fans year after year.

The new third kit will make its on-pitch debut in Bayern’s pre-season clash against Tottenham Hotspur on August 7, and will feature prominently throughout their Champions League campaign – a competition they hope will end, once again, with a victory celebration back on Marienplatz.

The jersey is available now from Bayern’s official club store, adidas’ official website and select global retailers.
