In this episode of Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill, Mukohda and his companions continue their journey, but not before making some interesting requests to the Goddesses. Mukohda and Sui also construct a bathhouse, and Mukohda finally takes a much-needed bath. However, things take an unexpected turn when Fel returns with an Earth-dragon, causing a rift between Mukohda and Fel.
Making Requests of the Goddesses
At the start of the episode, Mukohda and his companions are at the Goddesses’ shrine, where each of them makes a request. Ninrir wants sweets, Kisharle wants shampoo, Agni wants alcohol, and Rusalka wants the same meals as Fel. It’s interesting to see the variety of requests, which reflects each character’s personality.
Building a Bathhouse and Mukohda’s Bath
Mukohda and Sui purchase a bathtub, and with the help of their companions, they construct a bathhouse. It’s a heartwarming scene to see Mukohda finally taking a bath after being on the road for so long. The use of a bathhouse in the fantasy genre is not a new concept, but it’s still a refreshing addition to the story.
Wyvern Meat Gyudon and Stew
Mukohda decides to cook with the wyvern meat he obtained in the previous episode. He makes Gyudon, a Japanese dish that uses thinly sliced beef and onions cooked in a sweet and savory sauce. He then follows it up with a stew. The use of wyvern meat shows the variety of ingredients available in this world and highlights Mukohda’s cooking skills.
Fel’s Reckless Hunting and Mukohda’s Punishment
Fel returns with an Earth-dragon, which he caught despite Mukohda’s warning not to hunt recklessly. This leads to an argument between Mukohda and Fel, with Mukohda punishing Fel by refusing to give him dinner until he takes a bath. It’s a realistic portrayal of a pet owner’s responsibility to take care of their pet’s hygiene.

Mukohda’s Visit to Dolan City
