With the 2025 UEFA Women’s European Championship right around the corner, teams are gearing up for the tournament by unveiling the kits they’ll be wearing in Switzerland.

Earlier this month, Nike revealed the new strips for several of the competition’s top sides – including defending champions England, as well as France and the Netherlands.

Now, PUMA have responded with a release of their own, unveiling the home and away kits for host nation Switzerland, along with Portugal and Iceland.

Let’s take a closer look.

As is tradition with Portugal’s home kits, the new design features the iconic red base, drawing inspiration from the Quinas – the symbol found on both the Portuguese coat of arms and the national team’s emblem.

The away kit, meanwhile, is predominantly mint green, accented with subtle red detailing and black trims around the collar and sleeves. According to PUMA, the design reflects “the intersection of art, technology, and football found in modern-day Portugal.”

Switzerland’s all-red home kit takes inspiration from traditional Swiss textile monograms, resulting in a simple yet elegant design that ensures the hosts will look the part on home soil.

The away kit pays homage to the Jungfraujoch railway station in the Alps – famously the highest in Europe. It features a crisp white base with a striking mountain-inspired graphic, capturing the spirit of Switzerland’s iconic landscapes.

Iceland’s new home kit, featuring a classic blue base with white and red detailing, is said to be inspired by the flowing movement of the country’s glaciers.

The away kit – arguably the standout of PUMA’s new collection – is predominantly white, adorned with a sweeping blue motif across the front that resembles the Northern Lights, the iconic natural phenomenon that dances across Iceland’s skies.

It’s a real thing of beauty – just like the lights themselves.

Euro 2025 kicks off on July 2 when Iceland take on Finland at the Stockhorn Arena in Thun. The tournament concludes on July 27.
