Robert Lewandowski would love to see Lionel Messi make a return to Barcelona.
Messi left the Spanish giants upon the expiration of his contract in 2021 and signed for Paris Saint-Germain.

The World Cup winner has been able to maintain his superstar form in the French capital, and has been linked with a return to Barcelona this summer.
Fans of the Catalan side would undoubtedly be delighted to see their legend make a comeback, and Lewandowski is also keen for it to happen.
“Messi belongs to Barca and if he returns it will be something incredible,” he said to Mundo Deportivo.
“We know that his place is here in Barcelona. I don’t know what will happen, but I hope that next season we can play together.”
Messi’s performances at Barcelona have established him as one of the greatest players to ever grace football.
He scored 672 goals in 778 appearances over the course of 12 seasons before he made his emotional departure.

The 35-year-old has also impressed at PSG having scored 30 goals for the club, with 19 of those coming this season.
Should Messi return to Barcelona, he could form a formidable attacking force with Lewandowski.

The Poland international has also enjoyed a successful campaign up front with 27 goals in 36 appearances across all competitions.
His efforts up front have contributed to Barcelona’s current first place standing in La Liga as they set their sights on their first title since 2019.
They are 13 points clear of rivals Real Madrid with ten games left to play, and are therefore on course to go all the way this season.
