And the Evening Standard reports Soonsup-Bell will make the move across London to Spurs, who offered him a ‘long-term pathway to the first team via loans from next season.’

The report adds that Man City and some clubs outside of the UK also made similar offers to Soonsup-Bell.

Soonsup-Bell has one senior appearance for Chelsea to his name, featuring for 45 minutes during their Carabao Cup victory at Brentford in December 2021.

He’ll join a struggling side, with Spurs U21s currently second bottom of Premier League 2.

Chelsea have been very busy in the transfer market, making seven signings in January and talkSPORT understands they’re looking to complete the signing of Argentina and Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

However, it could lead to more young players leaving Cobham this season with concerns over ‘around a dozen other youngsters.’
