NBA guard Jalen Green sensationally quit social media this week with a fiery message about his 40-year-old girlfriend.
Before the start of the 2025 NBA playoffs this week, Green, aged 23, revealed his plan to deactivate his social media accounts and accompanied this announcement with a cautionary message.
The 23-year-old Green made the decision to deactivate his social media accounts just before the 2025 NBA playoffs were set to begin, and he delivered a warning along with this news.

The couple, who are reported to have started dating in summer 2023, have sparked controversy among NBA fans due to their 17-year age difference.
And it now appears Green is attempting to get ahead of any negative narratives about his influencer girlfriend.
Michele, a ‘Basketball Wives LA’ alum, has a son, Kniko, 22. She also shares a second son, Jrue, 9, with ex-fiancé former NFL cornerback Orlando Scandrick.

The couple, who have a 17-year age gap, are believed to have been dating since summer 2023
She caused a stir last December when she attended the Rockets’ game against the Timberwolves with Kniko, who is just one year younger than her NBA beau.
Yet despite the trolls, Green and the model, who previously dated NFL quarterback Tyrod Taylor, have stuck together.
The couple welcomed a baby girl together last May just three months after the basketball player became a father to another woman’s baby. Green fathered a child born on February 12 with California student Myah Iakopo.
An Instagram post from Iakopo on February 14 announced the birth of a baby named Moira Iakopo on the 12th.
Iakopo and Green reportedly knew each other for a while but did not have a serious relationship.
Nonetheless, TMZ previously reported there are no issues between Iakopo and Michele, as the former is ‘not concerned about what Green does with his personal life outside of co-parenting.’
Before he and Michele began dating, the influencer – who has 9.5million Instagram followers – was linked to celebrities such as Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. She also dated ex-Wizards star Gilbert Arenas.
Last winter, Michele was reported to be locked in a legal battle with another of her exes.

New York Jets backup quarterback Taylor allegedly called the cops on his ex-girlfriend, Michele, to have her and her children evicted from the mansion they once shared.
Michele originally sued Taylor over the property in June 2024, claiming he backed out of a verbal agreement to sell the home to her for $3.2 million. Now, in her latest filing obtained by DailyMail.com, Michele claims Taylor sent officers to the estate to evict her and her three children.
‘On 11/20/2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming phone call from her children’s nanny while she was away on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the Subject Property to lock the occupants out of the Subject Property,’ read the November 26 filing.
Green and the Rockets begin their postseason against the Golden State Warriors in the first round. Game 1 is slated to take place Sunday in Houston.
“This is what I’ve dreamed about since I got in the league,” Green told the Houston Chronicle this week. “Really, since I was young. But just last year, seeing the vision, this is what I’ve been dreaming about. So everything’s been a lot more serious.”
Green was selected with the No. 2 overall pick by the Rockets in the 2021 NBA Draft and, as the team’s leading scorer, helped end Houston’s playoff drought.
