Ryan Lochte appears to have moved on romantically amid his divorce from estranged wife Kayla Rae Reid.

The Olympic swimmer shared a picture of himself hugging a woman, Molly Gillihan, whom he tagged in an Instagram post on Sunday.

More cozy pictures showed Gillihan putting her arm across his chest, as well as the two laughing together and cuddling on the couch.

“Daytona Beach weekend!” Lochte captioned his post, which also featured his family at what appeared to be their Fourth of July celebration.

Lochte later reposted Gillihan’s Instagram Stories post of the two of them, though her account is private.

However, she seemed to respond to Reid’s Instagram post from June 27. In the post, the realtor mentioned that sometimes betrayal is permitted by God because it can eventually lead to a significant breakthrough.

Gillihan wrote on Monday, “We would not be here if we had anything to hide or if there had been any betrayal that occurred along the way,” per TMZ. “This little goofball came into my life patiently, sincerely, and honestly. I am choosing him. ♥️ @ryanlochte.”

“It’s okay to be so happy that your heart could explode out of your chest and you want to shout it from the rooftops,” Gillihan reportedly added. “If you’ve felt it, you know this to be true.”

Reid announced she and Lochte were splitting last month after seven years of marriage. In her recent Instagram post referencing a “betrayal,” she hinted at drama with her and Lochte behind the scenes.

“Most people have no idea what I’ve endured,” she wrote. “Truth always reveals itself.”

“Divorce isn’t the end of my story,” she added. “It’s the beginning of my rebirth.”

Lochte, 40, and Reid, 34, share three children together: son Caiden Zane, 8, and daughters Liv Rae, 5, and Georgia June, 1.

Documents obtained by Page Six last month revealed that the the pair are nearly $270,000 in debt.

Some of their financial woes include $127,977.73 owed to the Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinic, which is where Lochte may have been treated when he got into his car accident in November 2023.
