Jets coach Aaron Glenn has rounded out his coaching roster, bringing in a quartet of fresh faces to bolster the defensive side of the team. This strategic move was unveiled on Thursday, marking a significant step in shaping the team’s future lineup.

Heading the new appointments is Ben Bolling, who steps in as the linebackers coach. Bolling arrives with a robust background, having spent the last five years with the Texans. His most recent role as assistant linebackers coach in 2025 showcases his expertise and experience in nurturing defensive talent.

Joining Bolling is Ronald Booker, appointed as a defensive assistant with a special focus on the nickels. Booker’s resume includes a five-season tenure with the Cardinals, where he excelled as a defensive quality control coach for the past three years, honing his skills in defensive strategy and player development.

Collin Bauer also joins the Jets as a defensive assistant. Bauer’s previous experience as the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach for the Michigan Panthers in the UFL during 2024 and 2025 underscores his capability in defensive leadership and tactical planning.

Adding to the depth, Ryan Slowik takes the role of safeties coach, a move that had been previously reported. His inclusion completes the team’s defensive coaching strategy, promising a well-rounded and dynamic approach to the upcoming season.
