Sylvester Stallone’s former Mediterranean-style mansion has undergone a dramatic transformation under the ownership of superstar singer Adele. The once-familiar estate in Beverly Park now bears little resemblance to its past, thanks to Adele’s ambitious renovation plans.
Since purchasing the property from Stallone in 2022, the Grammy-winning artist has embarked on an extensive overhaul, erasing almost all vestiges of the iconic actor’s influence. Exclusive photos from the Daily Mail reveal the extent of these changes, showcasing a home that’s been stripped down to its core.
This massive renovation is set to become one of Los Angeles’ most notable celebrity makeovers. With costs expected to exceed $50 million, the project rivals the original price Adele paid for the property just over a year ago.
Curiously, the only remnant of Stallone’s era that remains is the renowned swimming pool. Once a proud feature of the home, it included a statue of Stallone as his famed character Rocky, triumphantly raising a fist. However, even this landmark has changed, with the once-clear waters now a murky green, surrounded by the bustle of ongoing construction.
But even this is unrecognizable, as the crystal clear water has gone a murky, algae-like green as workers are building all around it.
Stallone’s mansion was in a Mediterranean-style with terracotta roofing – whereas Adele’s is ultra-modern and looks like it will mostly feature top-to-bottom windows all around the property, which she’s able to do due to its secluded location.

Every day, there are at least a dozen vehicles at the home with scores of workers involved in the decade-long project with builders having set up a semi-permanent camp there.
The mammoth job is being handled by celebrity construction company Valle Reinis.
Luxury renovation expert Leigh Ann Raines, owner of Chic By Design, believes this is will be costing the hitmaker tens of millions.Â
It’s been under construction since she bought it in January 2022 and it could be another five years until the makeover is complete.
‘When it’s all said and done, it’s reasonable to expect the investment for the finished and furnished home could be equivalent to what she paid for it, upwards of $50 million,’ she said.Â
‘It may be another five years, easily another three, from completion.
