Air Force fighter jets were scrambled to intercept a plane that entered restricted airspace near President Joe Biden’s residence in Wilmington, Delaware.
The United States Secret Service released a statement which read: ‘Shortly after 2 pm, a civilian aircraft violated restricted airspace north of Wilmington, Delaware.Â
‘As a precaution, assets were scrambled to intercept and the civilian aircraft safely landed at a nearby airport.
