Isn’t she a vision?

Actress Alyssa Milano delighted her Instagram followers this morning with what has become her “annual birthday selfie,” celebrating the start of her 53rd year.

The snapshot captures Milano seemingly moments after waking, dressed in a floral cotton pajama top. Her hair has a slightly tousled look, as if she has just opened her eyes to welcome a new day.

“No filter. No makeup (just microbladed eyebrows and remnants from my last Botox and filler). This is 53,” Milano wrote in the caption accompanying her post.

Since turning 48 in 2020, Milano has been sharing makeup-free selfies on Instagram each year to mark her birthday. Her inaugural post declared, “This is 48. No filter. No makeup. Just my skin that I’ve grown super comfortable in.”

Last year, the activist shared a barefaced Instagram selfie with the caption, “This is 52. No make up [sic]. No filters. Happiness. Sprinkle that s–t everywhere.”

Addressing her 3.8 million followers, the birthday girl continued, “I love you all. Even the trolls. If you can hate a stranger—I can love a stranger. So…I love you.”

Recently, on her journey to greater self-love, Milano had her breast implants removed.

“I’m letting go of the body that was sexualized, that was abused, that I believed was necessary for me to be attractive; to be loved; to be successful; to be happy,” the “Charmed” actress shared in September.

By removing her implants, Milano hopes her 11-year-old daughter, Elizabella “Bella” Bugliari, never forms “those same unhealthy demands.” (Milano is also mom to son Milo, 14, whom she shares with husband David Bugliari.)
