Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep Dazzle in Iconic Styles as ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ Global Tour Launches

Two decades after “The Devil Wears Prada” captivated audiences, the original stars—Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci—are set to reprise their roles as Miranda, Andy, Emily, and Nigel. The much-anticipated sequel brings these beloved characters back to the vibrant streets of New York City and the fashion-forward world of “Runway” magazine.

In keeping with the film’s stylish flair, Streep and Hathaway launched their international press tour for “The Devil Wears Prada 2” in Mexico City at the iconic Museu Frida Kahlo. During a fan event at the Museo Anahuacalli, they showcased outfits crafted by celebrated Mexican designers on a runway inspired by the movie, unveiling fresh looks for the occasion.

Mexico City marks the beginning of a global tour that will take the cast to major cities like Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai, culminating in the film’s grand world premiere in New York City and a European debut in London.

“The Devil Wears Prada 2” sees the return of the original leading cast alongside director David Frankel and screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna. The sequel introduces a host of new characters played by Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, and B.J. Novak. Fans will also be delighted to see Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman reprise their roles as “Lily” and “Irv” from the original film.
