Apollo 17 astronaut compared UAP fragments to ‘Fourth of July fireworks’
On Friday, the Trump administration unveiled a highly anticipated collection of UFO files, making public an array of videos, photos, and documents concerning Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) that had remained unseen until now.
These records were made accessible on the Department of War’s official site following President Donald Trump’s directive to Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to declassify materials related to UFOs and purported alien activities.
Among the most remarkable findings were visual and textual materials from NASA’s Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 lunar missions. A photograph captured on the moon’s surface intriguingly shows three unidentified spots floating in the sky’s dark expanse above the moon.
Additionally, a transcript from the Apollo 17 mission revealed astronauts conversing about enigmatic objects seen moving close to their spacecraft during the journey.
“Now we’ve got a few very bright particles or fragments or something that go drifting by as we maneuver,” one astronaut reported to mission control, highlighting the mysterious sightings.
