Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR Chief Kristin Cabot put on leave after Coldplay kiss cam exposed alleged affair

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot have allegedly been suspended amid a formal inquiry into their relationship.

The high-profile colleagues, captured in a public display of affection at a Coldplay concert recently, were “promptly” placed on leave following the incident, a source informed Axios on Friday.

Page Six has reached out to reps for Astronomer but did not immediately hear back.

Byron and Cabot’s PDA captured massive media attention because the CEO is allegedly married.

Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, dropped her husband’s surname and deactivated her social media profiles after footage of Byron and Cabot appearing intimate at the concert on Wednesday gained widespread attention.

Cabot, for her part, is divorced. Massachusetts court records obtained by The Post showed she separated from her ex-husband, Kenneth Thornby, in 2018 and their marriage was legally over by 2022.

Astronomer announced in an official statement Friday that they had launched a probe into the matter.

“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the company said via LinkedIn.

“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”

It then declared, “Alyssa Stoddard was not at the event and no other employees were in the video. Andy Byron has not put out any statement, reports saying otherwise are all incorrect.”

Stoddard, who works under Cabot, also went viral because many people online thought she resembled a woman who appeared mortified as Byron and Cabot hid from the jumbotron cameras at Coldplay’s show.

However, a rep for a publicity firm hired by Astronomer exclusively told Page Six Friday, “Alyssa was not there. This is a rumor started on Twitter.”

“There may be some similarities in the countenance of the person, but it’s not [Stoddard],” the spokesperson continued. “So [the rumor] is totally false based on misinformation.”

Like Byron, Cabot has not addressed the scandal and both parties have deactivated all their social media.

Coldplay’s frontman, Chris Martin, has yet to respond to the entire ordeal.

Following his initial response to Byron and Cabot’s actions at his show — in which he said, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy” — he later said at the concert, “I hope we didn’t do something bad…”

The “Sky Full of Stars” singer, 48, also playfully warned other concertgoers, “OK now listen, are you two a couple? Are you two a legitimate couple?,” causing the crowd to erupt in laughter.
