Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot has been seen for the first time since the Coldplay kiss cam scandal that led to her resignation on Thursday.
The software company announced that the 52-year-old, who is married, resigned from her position just over a week after she was seen in a cozy moment with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert in Boston on July 16—a moment that quickly gained widespread attention.
‘Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer – she’s resigned,’ a rep told TMZ.
However, when she was first seen back at her $2.2 million home on Wednesday, she appeared to be more concerned with tending to her plants than addressing her marriage issues.
Exclusive photos from Daily Mail capture the former Head of People alone and appearing downcast as she tended to her flowers and shrubs at her two-story, four-bedroom house in Rye, New Hampshire.
She had been placed on leave pending investigation amid the firestorm sparked by a kiss-cam video that showed her and Byron, who is also married, scrambling to hide their intimate moment at Boston’s Gillette Stadium.
Byron, meanwhile, stepped down from his role earlier this week.
Kristin had not been seen publicly since the viral incident until now, with new ‘No Trespassing’ signs appearing on the driveway of the home.
She was pictured without her wedding ring, which she had been previously seen wearing in social media photos, but was notably absent during her now infamous concert appearance.
The status of her marriage remains unknown, however, with her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, 60, an heir to the $15.4billion Cabot family fortune, nowhere to be seen at their home.

The billionaire businessman was reportedly on a work trip in Asia when the scandal erupted and returned on Saturday to find his family embroiled in the controversy, sources told the New York Post.
Kristin appeared to be hosting a small get together at the property, with half a dozen guests seen playing soccer and waving golf clubs in the back garden.
Dressed in a pink matching athleticwear set under a light jacket, and donning the same silver necklace as in the viral video, the high-flying executive put her hair up in a bun and cut a somber figure as she hosed her plants with dogs running underfoot.
She had a brief exchange with a man on the driveway, who was seen getting out of a car with Kristin’s son from her previous marriage, but it was unclear if her husband was the one driving it – or if he has forgiven his wife.
The couple purchased the $2.2million home on New Hampshire’s coast in February this year.
But the wealthy couple, referred to as husband and wife in state property records, did not outright pay for the ‘fixer-upper’, taking out a $1.6million mortgage with Morgan Stanley.
The Cabots had planned to renovate the four-bed, two-bath classic New England residence, which is situated on 1.42 acres of land.
The property was sold ‘as is’ and, according to the newspaper, ‘needs rehab’. It is unclear if the couple have hired contractors yet or even started renovations, but gardeners were seen at the property on Wednesday.

As the home is currently under lien, they may have to sell the property if they are planning to move forward with a divorce or formal separation.
Neither has filed for divorce in New Hampshire or Massachusetts according to public documents searched by the Daily Mail.
Both parties are responsible for mortgage payments regardless of who is physically residing in the home – which features high ceilings, a wrap-around porch, walk-up attic and two-car garage.
One party could buy the other out or refinance the loan to take on full responsibility.
It is unclear exactly when the pair tied the knot, but the documents confirm that Kristin, whose maiden name is Stanek, was married at the time of selling a $1.8million property in Watertown, Massachusetts, earlier this year.
Public documents show that Andrew has been married at least twice before, in 1993 and 2014.
He shares two children with his first wife Maud, who posted a picture of her ex-husband with Kristin looking loved up at his daughters 25th birthday party on social media in April of last year.
Kristin even posed with his son Henry, 30, in the snaps, and was seen wearing a wedding ring at the event – which was missing during her cozy Coldplay outing with Byron.

The couple also sold another four-bedroom property nearby for $1.05million in February, after purchasing it in April of last year.
Andrew filed for divorce from his second wife Julie in 2018, after marrying in 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. Both he and his first wife Maud filed for divorce jointly in 2013, after separating in 2011.
Kristin has been married once before, filing for divorce from Ken Thornby in 2018, which was finalized in 2020.
But new documents seen by the Daily Mail show that Kristin was chasing Thornby for $186,176 in missed child support payments, despite her new husband’s affluence.
The pair had two children together, and got married in Maine, in 2007. Kristin’s filings in 2022 state that Thornby lost his job and had failed to pay the agreed amount of child maintenance for several months.
He was ordered to pay the amount by June 2023, and also had to inform Kristin when he gained new employment.
She posed for a photo with her two children and Cabot last year, while attending the birthday party of her husband’s eldest daughter.
Cabot is a direct descendant of one of the original Boston Brahmin families.

Massachusetts property documents dated in January confirmed that Cabot is currently married to Andrew Cabot, the chief executive of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based booze maker. They are pictured together with his two kids

The term ‘Boston Brahmin’ refers to the historic aristocracy in Boston, dating back to the earliest English colonists.
These ultra-wealthy families held significant social, political and cultural influence from the 18th century onward.
Andrew touts his family lineage on the Privateer Rum website, highlighting how he is the sixth-generation owner of the brand and a direct descender of its founder Andrew Cabot, whom he appears to have been named after.
The Cabot Family, which first made its fortune in soot, dates back at least 10 generations and is involved in a slew of businesses across New England, including rum production.
The family is one of the richest in Boston, with a fortune worth at least $15.4billion today, and was considered untouchable for decades until their dynasty was underscored by the political rise of John F. Kennedy.
JFK defeated Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. in a senate race in 1952, paving the path for the Kennedys to establish themselves as American royalty.
But despite the Kennedys’ rise to power, the Cabots are still so well-known in the Boston area that locals jokingly claim they ‘speak only to God’.
Byron is also married, with his wife Megan, removing his last name from her social media accounts shortly after the concert exchange went viral.

She is currently laying low at the family’s $2.4million Maine mansion while holding crisis talks over her marriage.
Megan, 50, had several family members, including her older sister Maura, rush to her side after she fled their $1.4million home in Northborough, Massachusetts.
She has been trying to keep a low profile at their luxury property in Kennebunk, 106 miles away, the Daily Mail previously confirmed.
Megan, who is Associate Director of Lower School and Hope Graham Program Admissions at Bancroft School, has not publicly made a statement about her husband’s alleged infidelity.
Joyful family photos with Byron and their two sons on Facebook have been deleted, including one of the family smiling on a hiking trip and at a graduation for one of the boys.
Kristin’s now-deleted LinkedIn account showed that she has served as an ‘advisory board member’ at Privateer Rum since September 2020.
Kristin, Cabot and Byron have not responded to Daily Mail’s requests for comment.
