PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was arrested Friday after deputies said a search warrant led to the discovery of methamphetamine, cash and a “baby bottle drug pipe.”

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies served the warrant as part of an ongoing investigation into methamphetamine distribution, arresting one man at the scene.

Inside the home, authorities said they found a half pound of methamphetamine, another substance, which they said is currently unidentified, and $2,800 in cash.

In a video posted on the CCSO Facebook page, authorities also showed a “baby bottle drug pipe” that they had found inside the home saying in the post, “You never know what you’ll find while serving a warrant during a drug investigation.”

The unnamed man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Authorities also shared that the man has an extensive criminal history and that this is the 5th time a warrant has been served at his home.

At the time of the arrest, deputies said the man was out on bail for previous drug-related charges as well as possession of a firearm. He was also on pre-trial release for charges involving talking to a minor for immoral purposes.

This arrest is part of a larger investigation into drug trafficking in the county and police said they expect more arrests as the investigation continues.
