Bill Belichick’s Daughter-in-Law Jennifer Faces Arrest Warrant After Court Absence in NC

North Carolina authorities are currently seeking the daughter-in-law of Bill Belichick.

As per court documents reviewed by The California Post, a Brunswick County judge has called for the arrest of Jen Belichick, who is married to Steve Belichick, the defensive coordinator for North Carolina, with the warrant issued on Monday.

The incident traces back to a traffic stop on May 21 involving Jen and a state highway patrol officer in North Carolina.

According to court filings, an officer with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol cited Jen for misdemeanor speeding after she was reported to be driving at 88 mph in a Jeep, surpassing the 70 mph speed limit.

Jen was required to appear before a judge in Brunswick County due to her alleged speed, yet, as reported by a court representative to The California Post on Monday, she failed to attend the hearing, prompting the issuance of an arrest warrant.

According to the official, Jen now has several options to resolve the issue — she can file a motion to recall the order, hire an attorney to handle the matter for her, or turn herself in.

A message to Jen seeking comment was not immediately returned.

Jen wed Steve — the son of Tar Heels head coach Bill Belichick — nearly a decade ago. The two share several children.

Jen recently made headlines after she yelled at Bill’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, following a UNC vs. Stanford game in November at Kenan Memorial Stadium in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Jen ranted about Hudson’s fashion choices, her body and her relationship with the NFL legend for nearly an hour following an interaction the two had earlier in the day.
