PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. — In a dazzling display over the pristine sands of Pensacola Beach, a jet from the U.S. Navy’s legendary Blue Angels aerobatics team performed a maneuver that has now prompted an internal review. Onlookers were stunned Wednesday morning as the aircraft flew exceptionally low, sparking a buzz on social media about the unexpected aerial close-up.

According to an official statement, the thrilling flight was part of an arrival maneuver.
