Britney Spears recently embarked on a sun-drenched adventure at sea, accompanied by a mysterious male companion, capturing attention with her carefree demeanor.

The pop icon, now 44, was seen boarding a luxurious yacht in Baja California Sur, Mexico on Sunday, alongside an unidentified man. This escapade was captured in exclusive photographs, showcasing Spears with her signature long blonde hair styled in relaxed beach waves, her hands occupied with what appeared to be a bathing suit and a purse.

Amidst her leisurely cruise, the “Toxic” singer was seen rifling through a case, eventually grasping a distinct copper-colored bottle. Her companion, a man clad in black with noticeable tattoos, trailed behind, toting an additional bag.

This glimpse into Spears’ latest outing paints a picture of a star embracing tranquility and spontaneity, relishing a moment away from the public eye.

However, in a video that has been deleted from her Instagram (but captured by Reddit users), Spears said the man with her was her cousin and not a boyfriend.

In the video, she kissed the man on the side of the head twice.

Spears has been documenting her travels abroad on her Instagram, and on Sunday uploaded a video of her travelling the high seas in her pink bikini.

‘Did a flip off the boat but I hurt myself,’ she captioned the post. 

It comes after a report claimed Spears is eyeing a move to the UK amid fears for the troubled star.   

The singer is thought to be feeling under ‘huge pressure’ in California and is looking for a ‘new place to set up home’.

The latest report came shortly after the Baby One More Time hitmaker was seen leaving a wine bar in Los Angeles looking disheveled – with her family voicing concern over the star’s devastating spiral.

Earlier this month, the star also deleted her Instagram following a series of ‘bizarre’ posts and a public clash with her ex-husband Kevin Federline – who recently dropped a memoir titled You Thought You Knew.

Now The Sun claims that one factor for her potential move is that she fears her father Jamie and sons Sean Preston and Jayden James are planning an intervention into her life – after her 13-year conservatorship ended in 2021.

The publication writes that some of her family members have expressed a desire to connect her with professional medical care to get the help she needs right now.

The source said: ‘Britney has said that she wants to live in England.

‘Britney has been telling those around her that a foreign move or step away from LA might be nice soon,’ our source said.

It is claimed that her two sons have now reconciled with their grandfather Jamie who is also in contact with Britney’s mother Lynne and ex husband Kevin.

She reportedly fears that they are now forming an alliance to try and get her some help.

Last month, Spears sparked fresh concern after she was spotted carrying a full champagne flute out of a wine bar in the LA suburbs – before appearing to climb behind the wheel of her car and drive off.

But in worrying footage and photos, Spears looks disheveled, her hair wild, and her face concerningly puffy – all signs, insiders say, that she is simply not taking care of herself.

A family source told Daily Mail: ‘This is very distressing. It’s really a nightmare knowing that things are happening that might put her in danger. There’s absolutely nothing we can do to help her.’

As a bubbly Spears left Stonehaus wine bar in Westlake Village, California, she was accompanied to her car by a member of the venue’s staff.

Onlookers say the man helped pack all her belongings into the passenger seat. Moments later, Spears sped off.

What makes the scene even more alarming is how closely it mirrors an incident just weeks earlier – and only a few miles away – at upscale Mexican eatery Red-O in Thousand Oaks.

Then, exclusive Daily Mail video from the night showed Spears raising a glass in a bizarre toast to the entire restaurant before once again driving off alone, then dangerously swerving across lanes, wildly U-turning and veering into oncoming traffic.

Much like that wild episode, the wine-bar fiasco has left her family and friends deeply shaken.

‘Until something horrible happens, that might be the wakeup call. But nobody is doing anything to get her the help she needs; they are just letting her do her thing,’ a concerned second insider told the Daily Mail.

‘So everyone just currently deals with it. And that is a recipe for disaster. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and those that want to help are unable to gain access to her. A very alarming situation to say the least.’

It’s certainly notable that Spears appeared to be completely alone last month at the wine bar in Los Angeles – no family, no friends, no support beside her.

‘After everything, she’s still naive. She is not acting in her best interest, and she is not surrounded by people who are serving her best interest either,’ the first family insider said.

‘I’m worried and I know the rest of the family is, too.’
