Brittany Cartwright’s new man comes with some baggage.

The wife of the “Valley” star’s new beau took to social media over the weekend to blast her “husband.”

Jasina Stanko expressed in a TikTok post about Brandon Hanson and Cartwright’s dating news, “He’s my husband!!!” She commented further, “That man is married.”

When a follower quipped if Stanko “dated” Hanson, too, she clarified, “I married him. You know him?”

A source explains to Page Six exclusively, however, that the relationship status of Cartwright’s boyfriend is a lot more complex than it seems.

“Brittany’s new relationship comes at a time when both are experiencing similar life transitions,” an insider tells us Sunday. “Like Brittany, he is undergoing a divorce, and he and his ex have been separated for the last seven months.”

It is reported that Cartwright, 36, and Hanson — who seem to have known each other for a considerable time — “reconnected well after he had already been separated.”

The source concludes, “The two have found comfort in each other as they’ve been navigating their respective divorces and personal life changes.”

Page Six has reached out to Cartwright’s rep for comment. Stanko and Hanson did not immediately return our request.

The Bravo star was first seen hanging out publicly with Hanson during an outing in Los Angeles last week.

The couple got cozy while at the At Home With Narwal’s End of Summer Soiree.

Cartwright’s new romance comes as she is still in the midst of a divorce with her former co-star Jax Taylor.

The reality star filed to legally end her union in August 2024 after 5 years of marriage and a 4-year-old son, Cruz, together, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The former couple had already been separated by that time for a few months.

Cartwright said on her podcast in February 2024, “Jax and I are taking time apart and I made the decision to move into another home to take some space for the sake of my mental health.”

It was later revealed that Taylor, 46, had been battling a cocaine addiction and mental health issues.

Prior to dating Hanson, Cartwright also had a fling with her ex’s friend Julien Sensley and casually dated Will Gittens. Taylor, for his part, was seen spending time with a model named Paige Woolen.
