Jeffrey Epstein's brother 'laughed' at FBI findings

() Mark Epstein has lashed out at the FBI and Department of Justice over their conclusion that his brother, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, died by suicide.

The DOJ and FBI said on Sunday that they concluded an “exhaustive review” into Epstein’s death in 2019 and found that he was not murdered.

The memo read in part: “After a thorough investigation, FBI investigators concluded that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on August 10, 2019.”

The federal agencies also found that Jeffrey Epstein didn’t have a client list despite Attorney General Pam Bondi previously suggesting on Fox News that the list was “sitting on my desk” for review.

“Every time they say something or try to do something to quash that he most likely was murdered, they put their foot further in their mouth,” Mark Epstein told “CUOMO.” He went on to question the credibility of FBI Director Kash Patel following the agency’s assertion that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide.

“When Kash Patel came out with that statement, I laughed at how stupid it was,” he said.

Alongside the memo, the DOJ released video from outside Jeffrey Epstein’s prison cell from August 9, 2019.

Mark Epstein told “CUOMO” he requested footage from the same camera displaying the tier where Jeffrey was held. He said he specifically requested video between 10 p.m. on the night before his brother’s death until noon on the day of his death under the Freedom of Information Act.

Mark Epstein said he was told the footage wasn’t available due to it being an open investigation. Following the investigation, he asked for the footage again but says he was told the cameras did not show the area.
