National Geographic has unveiled an exciting new trailer for the upcoming installment in their acclaimed “Secrets of” series, which has previously won an Emmy Award. This latest chapter, titled “Secrets of the Bees,” is brought to life by executive producer James Cameron and delves into the fascinating world of bees. The two-part series promises to captivate audiences with groundbreaking filming techniques that capture rare and never-before-seen moments.
In a statement, Cameron expressed his enthusiasm about the project, saying, “As we celebrate the fifth anniversary of ‘Secrets of,’ we focus our attention on bees, some of the planet’s smallest yet most important creatures. These insects are far more than mere pollinators; they are socially intricate, quick-thinking entities vital to our ecosystem. Their influence on both nature and humanity is profound, and our understanding of their extraordinary abilities is only beginning to unfold.”
The series is hosted and narrated by Bertie Gregory, a National Geographic explorer who has won both BAFTA and Emmy awards. Joining him on this journey is Dr. Samuel Ramsey, an entomologist and fellow National Geographic explorer, who adds his expertise to the exploration.
As part of National Geographic’s Earth Month initiative in April 2026, “Secrets of the Bees” aims to inspire viewers to appreciate and protect the natural world through compelling storytelling.
