An early Sunday dispute at a private gathering off Oklahoma State University’s campus in Stillwater escalated into a shooting outside a student residence, leaving three people injured, one of whom is a student, according to university police.

University Police Chief Michael Beckner reported that two of the victims underwent surgery and are now in stable condition, while the third victim has been treated and discharged from medical care.

Although no arrests have been made yet, Beckner mentioned that authorities have “some solid leads” and are seeking assistance from the public. Investigators currently do not perceive any ongoing threat to either the campus or the surrounding community.
