FLUNKED FOR FAITH: The Oklahoma student received a failing grade after incorporating her Christian beliefs into a gender essay, leading her to encourage peers to challenge what she sees as academic bias.

‘LAZY RUBRIC’: A conservative professor criticized the grading decision, suggesting the zero was more punitive than educational, and argued that the grading criteria were inadequately applied.

‘THAT’S INSANE’: The failing grade has drawn attention beyond campus, prompting congressional interest and raising questions about potential bias against religious perspectives in academia.

‘PURE POLITICS’: Meanwhile, at Loyola University New Orleans, the Turning Point USA chapter faced another rejection after what a student described as an “absolutely appalling” meeting, highlighting ongoing tensions surrounding political and religious expression on college campuses.
