The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release the woman is “a known drug dealer.”

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A Palm Coast woman has been charged in connection to a man’s January 2024 fentanyl overdose death, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) announced in a news release Monday.

On Wednesday, an arrest warrant was served on 48-year-old Stephanie Raimundo at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, charging her with manslaughter related to 22-year-old Calvin Stull’s death.

On Jan. 3, 2024, the sheriff’s office says it received a 911 call about a male found unresponsive on a bench under the pavilion at Belle Terre Park.

“The Palm Coast Fire Department was first on the scene and pronounced the male, identified as Stull, deceased,” the release states. “Deputies identified the victim (Stull) using photo identification found on his person.”

Baggies containing heroin and fentanyl were found in Stull’s pocket, according to the release.

“The FCSO Special Investigations Unit was notified of the overdose and presence of narcotics and assisted the Major Case Unit to determine the source of the illegal drugs,” the release states. “Through investigative means, they identified Raimundo, a known drug dealer, as the primary suspect.”

Based on FCSO’s findings, detectives obtained a search warrant for Raimundo’s residence at 77-A Plainview Dr. in Palm Coast. When multiple FCSO units served the warrant at Raimundo’s home on Jan. 5, 2024, the release says they found “trafficking amounts of various narcotics, including fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana.” As a result, Raimundo, as well as Charles Brockhaus who the release mentions also lived at the home, were arrested and taken into custody.

Raimundo was already facing charges stemming from her arrest last January when the warrant was served at her home, but now faces “14 charges relating to manslaughter and drug trafficking.” She is being held on no bond.
