LOS ANGELES — Newly obtained court records detail a series of allegations and restraining-order requests involving the sister of a “Saturday Night Live” writer, her former boyfriend and his current girlfriend in the year before investigators believe the woman was killed.
Delorean Bijon Brandon, the former boyfriend of Christina Downer, has been charged with her murder. Prosecutors also charged Brandon’s current girlfriend, Kaylee Markowski, accusing her of helping dispose of Downer’s body.
Downer, 38, was the sister of “SNL” writer Jimmy Fowlie.
Court records obtained by ABC Los Angeles affiliate KABC show that Downer sought a restraining order against Markowski in September 2024, roughly a year before investigators believe she was killed.
In her filing, Downer alleged that Markowski “threatens to beat me up,” “threatens to break into my home” and “sent a topless video of me in my home to people I don’t know.”

Downer also said Markowski had taken her orange tabby cat, Pumpkin, and refused to return it. “I fear for his safety,” Downer wrote.
Records obtained by KABC further show that Brandon requested a domestic violence restraining order against Markowski in July 2025.
In that filing, Brandon accused Markowski of having “slashed my tire” and writing “harassing emails.” He also alleged that she was “mad that I was with Christina and moved out” and was “harassing job sites to get Christina not hired.”
Brandon submitted another restraining-order request against Markowski on Sept. 2, 2025, only weeks before investigators believe Downer was killed.
Brandon wrote in that filing that Markowski “was hitting and kicking me as I’m trying to leave” and had threatened to shoot him, saying that if he returned to her property uninvited, she would “shoot me in the head.”
Authorities issued a missing-person poster for Downer in December 2025 after she disappeared. Investigators now believe she was killed approximately three months earlier.
Downer’s body has not been found.
Brandon and Markowski remain in custody. Their arraignments are scheduled for the end of December.
