() The woman who attacked in a viral video filmed in downtown Cincinnati said she hoped laws would be written to punish bystanders who take video don’t call for help.

“The thing I think really upsets me is desensitization of humans where there’s a brutal attack in front of you and they think, ‘Oh let me get my phone and record it,'” the woman, being identified as Holly, told reporters on Wednesday. “I truly hope in the future there’s some sort of bill so someone can be prosecuted or at least fined if they don’t call 911 first to save someone’s life.”

Holly said she feels like Dori from the “Finding Nemo” movies.

“My brain comes and goes,” she said. A family member is taking care of her. She said pain has expanded from her face to her whole body, and she has trouble getting out of bed.

“I’m in excruciating pain all the time,” Holly said.

Sen. Bernie Moreno (R., Ohio) said minimum sentences for violence should be toughened to dissuade people from hurting others.
