Colby Ryan, the sole surviving child of Lori Vallow Daybell, has expressed alarm over the case of missing 9-year-old Melodee Buzzard, noting troubling similarities to the tragic murders of his siblings, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow.

Ryan appeared on the show “Banfield” Monday night, marking 13 days since Melodee Buzzard was reported missing by an administrator from the Lompoc Unified School District.

In a development in the investigation, the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office released new images last Friday. These images reportedly show Melodee Buzzard wearing a wig at a car rental location in California on October 7, just before she left the state with her mother.

According to investigators, Melodee’s mother, Ashlee Buzzard, returned to California three days later, but without her daughter. Melodee’s aunt has said she believes the recently released images indeed depict her missing niece.
