The situation is far from amusing.

Recently, comedian Louis C.K. was seen sharing a kiss with Mimi O’Donnell, who was in a long-term relationship with the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman before his tragic overdose 11 years ago.

At 58, C.K. was photographed enjoying a stroll with O’Donnell in New York City over the weekend, according to images published by the Daily Mail.

The snapshots captured the duo pausing for a kiss during their leisurely walk in the city, with additional pictures featuring the “Louie” creator tenderly cradling O’Donnell’s face.

In a later moment, C.K. removed his hat and gently took O’Donnell by the arm, while a small white dog, led by C.K. on a leash, trotted alongside them.

The Post has reached out to C.K.’s reps for comment.

Hoffman dated O’Donnell for 15 years before his tragic drug death at the age of 46 on Feb. 2, 2014.

Although the pair never married, they welcomed children Cooper, 22, Tallulah, 19, and Willa, 17, during their time together.

O’Donnell reflected on the Oscar winner’s death and his struggle with addiction in a moving essay for Vogue in 2017.

The “Capote” star was found dead in his West Village apartment with 70 bags of heroin and 20 used needles inside, according to police.

“It’s been almost four years since Phil died, and the kids and I are still in a place where that fact is there every day,” she wrote. “We talk about him constantly, only now we can talk about him without instantly crying.”

“That’s the small difference, the little bit of progress that we’ve made,” O’Donnell continued. “We can talk about him in a way that feels as though there’s a remembrance of what happened to him, but that also honors him.”

O’Donnell made headlines more recently for endorsing New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani.

“I love a progressive candidate. He’s got the energy. I love free child care, free buses. I like all the stuff he’s said,” Hoffman’s longtime girlfriend told The Post back in April.

As for C.K., he tied the knot with actress Alix Bailey in 1995. The pair welcomed daughters Kitty, 23, and Mary Louise, 20, before their divorce in 2008 after 13 years of marriage.

The surprising photos of the comedian and Hoffman’s ex kissing come nearly eight years after several women accused C.K. of sexual misconduct in a bombshell New York Times exposé.

Five women claimed that the “Lucky Louie” comic, whose real name is Louis Alfred Székely, exposed himself and masturbated in front of them without their consent.

C.K. later admitted to the allegations and issued a lengthy apology in 2017.

“These stories are true,” he began. “At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my d–k without asking first, which is also true.”

“The power I had over these women is that they admired me,” C.K. added. “And I wielded that power irresponsibly.”

The comedian came under fire again more recently for performing at the Riyadh Comedy Festival in Saudi Arabia.
