A woman who has tattooed her arms and legs completely black has clapped back at trolls who accuse her of trying to change her race.
Mariana Knapitsch, from Austria, got her first tattoo when she was only 15 years old.
Her best friend was an aspiring tattoo artist and would often add ink designs to her arms and legs in the years that followed.
As she grew older, she realized that her original tattoos did not align with her ‘vision,’ leading her to cover them with black ink – a decision she adored.
Now, 90 percent of her body is covered in tattoos and her entire arms and a huge portion of her legs are blacked out with ink.
‘My body is completely covered except for my face, head, soles of my feet, breasts and private parts,’ she shared exclusively with the Daily Mail.
‘Next steps are my right armpit, right palm, and left fingers.’
While Mariana loves her ‘extreme look,’ she admitted that she gets a lot of backlash from strangers.

She got a bunch of tattoos when she was younger but later realized she didn’t like them and started covering them with black ink
The influencer, who frequently flaunts her distinct tattoos online and has garnered 25,000 followers, mentioned that at times trolls send her harsh messages, previously accusing her of attempting to change her skin tone.
‘My response is always depending on the situation. Most times I just say nothing, as it makes no sense discussing with dumb people,’ she said of the hate.
‘When they have the need to discriminate others for their looks, they can’t be empathic, good people in my opinion. So they are punished enough with living like this.’
She also admitted that people often stare in public and sometimes, strangers even yell rude things at her.
‘I can not go anywhere, where they don’t stare. On our last vacation in Croatia, someone yelled to me in German, “Oh my God that’s so disgusting, that’s so disgusting,”‘ she revealed.
‘I turned around looked at him, and told him that I can understand what he said and that it’s my body and my choice.
‘He laughed and it was very uncomfortable. I am always confronted with stuff like this, sadly.’
Even some of her own friends have stopped talking to her over her tattoos.

The influencer, who often shows off her unique tattoos online, said trolls sometimes send her mean messages and have accused her of trying to change her skin color in the past
She insisted that her tattoos have nothing to do with race, and that it stems from her love of all things ‘gothic’
‘Many old friends told me during my transformation that this is not me,’ she shared. ‘I haven’t talked to them since.Â
‘I feel more myself than ever before. My family is very cool about it… I am the only tattooed one in our family but they stand behind me. I am very grateful for that.’

‘When someone says I want to be born as a black person, I really don’t know what to say,’ she admitted. ‘I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings as this topic is very sensitive.Â
‘I was always different, in my early teenage years I was an emo with different hair colors every week,’ she added.
‘I always loved to express my self with piercings, hair colors, and clothing.’
But she doesn’t plan on keeping it all black forever, as she shared that in a few years she wants to ‘start all over’ and cover it with white ink.’
‘Maybe in a few years I want to start all over [and cover] the black with white ink, to create a completely new bodysuit,’ she said.
