OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) More victims are speaking out after they said a local videographer disappeared without delivering videos of their big day.

Noble McIntyre’s daughter got married in May 2024.

The family hired and paid Stephen Austin Videography thousands of dollars to capture the special day.

“You hire somebody that you think you can trust, that holds himself out to be somebody in the community, that you can rely on and it turns out that’s not the case,” said McIntyre.

“He had come recommended to produce and shoot the film and he was obviously out there that day, and there’s some footage that’s very, very important to my daughter, but also very important to me,” said McIntyre. “My daughter’s reached out a few times to ask about the film and when it was going to be provided, and it’s just been met with crickets, dead silence. The time for him to provide that has come and gone.”

McIntyre said it wasn’t until he saw our first story and realized his daughter was not alone.

“I have learned that he has done this to other young couples and what he’s doing is. He’s banking on the fact that these young couples don’t have the money to go hire an attorney and pursue him,” said McIntyre. “She’s my first of three daughters. She’s the one who made me a dad and I always knew this day was going to come, and this day is very, very important to her.”

McIntyre said it’s important to him, as a dad, to do whatever he can to hold Stephen Austin Videography accountable.

“I think that I can get footage for everybody. I want it all. I want every bit of raw data footage he has for every single couple he’s defrauded, delivered to me by next week. Or, I’m going to file a claim on behalf of my daughter and on behalf of anybody else who calls my office and I’m not charging them a dime. We’re going to go get this footage because that’s the only footage that exists of their big day,” said McIntyre.
