Police say he was found safe around 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: David has now been found. A Jacksonville sheriff’s officer found him at a bus stop. JSO would like to thank everyone who helped.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 75-year-old man who disappeared from a senior living facility on San Juan Avenue around 10 a.m. Thursday.
David Baronsky is in a wheelchair, has dementia and is non-verbal, police said.
He only communicates with his fingers or through drawing, according to JSO.
Baronsky is 6′ and will be in his wheelchair. He is wearing a brown plaid button-up shirt, blue pants and white sneakers. He has a blue backpack.
He was seen on the corner of Lane Avenue and San Juan Avenue around 10:30 a.m.
At 12:40 p.m., he was seen in the area of Jefferson Street and Bay Street near the Prime Osborne Convention Center. This was the last time he was seen.
