LOS ANGELES — Actress Debby Ryan and her husband, Josh Dun, the drummer for Twenty One Pilots, have joyfully announced the arrival of their first child on Saturday.

The couple took to Instagram to share the heartwarming news, each posting a collection of photos featuring their daughter, Felix Winter Dun.

Ryan expressed her emotions in a touching caption: “Felix was born under the glow of Christmas lights with a snowy scene outside our bedroom window, right into her father’s hands. Welcome to Earth, little moonbeam. Love you forever.”

Both Ryan and Dun highlighted the significance of Felix being born under a full, bright moon. The last supermoon occurred on December 4, and they revealed Felix’s birth on December 13.

“There is not a single thing I’d ever change about her, except her diaper,” Dun wrote in a caption.

Pictures from both posts feature the couple during labor with Ryan in a birthing pool and the duo holding their new daughter. 

A video attached to Dun’s post includes their dog Jim meeting Felix for the first time. 

Ryan and Dun began dating in 2013 and the pair tied the knot in 2019. The two got married on New Year’s Eve and later revealed to Vogue that they planned the wedding in less than a month. 

“The ceremony was the perfect balance,” Dun said to the outlet, who confirmed the nuptials in 2020. “I felt like it was game night at our house, and this was the ultimate game, and boy did I win! I remember every detail from how it felt to be walking down the aisle, to the full-body chills I got watching Debby walk down toward me.”

Ryan is best known for her roles on Disney Channel’s “Suite Life on Deck” and “Jessie.” Additionally, she starred in Netflix’s “Insatiable” series as well as in Jeff Baena’s “Horse Girl.” She also has dipped her toes into the music world, forming the band The Never Ending in 2013.

Dun has been a part of the Grammy-winning musical duo Twenty One Pilots since 2011.
