Denise Richards' ex Aaron Phypers fears he'll be 'evicted and homeless' if he's not paid $150K

Denise Richards’ estranged husband revealed in new court docs that he is in dire financial straits.

In a declaration presented to a California judge on Wednesday, Aaron Phypers revealed through documents accessed by Page Six that he is on the verge of eviction and potentially becoming homeless amidst his ongoing divorce.

“I have run out of funds and find myself in a dire financial situation,” he shared. “I am facing eviction from the home I currently reside in. My utilities, including water, electricity, and gas, have already been disconnected.”

The 53-year-old claimed he is being forced out of their Calabasas, California, rental property, previously shared with Denise Richards, 54, due to overdue rent of $120,000. He stated that he is responsible for half of this amount, while Richards is accountable for the other half since her name is also on the lease agreement.

Richards previously claimed via court docs that she moved out of that residence years ago, but her ex-hubby is now arguing that because she left her 15 rescue dogs and a “substantial amount of personal belongings” behind, she is still liable for the rent.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star only recently went back to the home on Sept. 15 to collect her stuff, as she had to wait for a court to approve of her to do so due to potential restraining order violation.

Phypers claimed via the latest filing that during that visit, Richards allegedly stole his health treatment machine and a weight set. He claimed the actress’s father, Irv Richards, informed him that Denise planned to sell those items for cash despite allegedly not knowing their true value.

“I need that equipment in order to try to make a living and she is preventing me from doing so,” the Canadian-born actor continued.

“My hope is to be able to use them for business purposes again to make income. Further, I do not have adequate funds to rent a moving truck to pick up the machines. Also, there is a danger of irreparable harm if respondent carries out her threat to sell them off.”

Phypers further explained that aside from needing money for his everyday living expenses, he needs an additional $10,000 to pay his attorney to help him complete his divorce proceedings.

He claimed he and Denise had millions of dollars in joint bank accounts before he filed for divorce in July, and therefore wants access to those again.

Phypers has argued that because he helped his estranged wife with her OnlyFans career, he has a right to the money earned from the platform.

In September 2022, Denise shared on Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show, “Aaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like.”

Phypers is seeking $150,000 from the joint accounts, which he said is “needed for [him] to survive, pay these debts, and be able to live safely like a normal person.”

He concluded, “There is a real danger of irreparable harm if I do not receive this, as I and my parents will be evicted and homeless with no funds to go anywhere.”

Page Six has reached out to Denise’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Prior to this filing, Phypers blasted the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star for her alleged exorbitant spending, which he claimed included $25,000-a-month for food and $20,000-a-month for clothes. He also noted at the time that he is seeking spousal support, as his current income is $0.

Then, earlier this week, Page Six exclusively reported that the “Dirty Hands” actor is looking to add Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville to his witness list, as he believes they can speak to his estranged wife’s alleged “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”

Denise, meanwhile, has accused Phypers of physical and verbal abuse, which he has adamantly denied.

A source also told us Tuesday, “Denise is employing the same egregious bullying tactics of lies and onslaught of legal maneuvers in attempt to suffocate the truth and overwhelm the respondent into giving up and succumbing to the tyrants’ untrue demands.”

In July, Denise noted via her lawyer that she plans to deal with these matters via the legal system, telling People, “Ms. Richards will not be responding to Mr. Phypers’ false allegations in a public forum, and will be addressing Mr. Phypers’ abuse in Court.”
