Diddy’s Ex Cassie Ventura and Husband Seen Together After a Year

Diddy’s ex Cassie Ventura hit a rare red carpet with her husband Alex Fine as the couple – who fled the US – were seen for the first time since last year’s trial which saw the hip-hop mogul be found guilty on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution.

Cassie Ventura and her husband, Alex Fine, made a united appearance at a London event after reports last week that her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, will be released from prison sooner than previously expected.

The 40-year-old singer and 33-year-old model, who share three children, drew attention as they attended the MobLand season two world premiere at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square.

Cassie wore a grey strapless midi dress, paired with matching ballet heels.

The Me & U singer styled her raven-dark hair in a center part, wearing natural makeup that complemented her look.

Fine opted for an all-black ensemble, including a cropped knit sweater with rolled-up sleeves, baggy trousers and leather dress shoes. He was clean-shaven for the occasion.

Diddy, pictured in May 2022, was found guilty at trial on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. His prison release date was moved forward again last week.

The couple’s outing follows reports that they moved overseas with their family after Cassie’s harrowing testimony during Diddy’s sex-trafficking trial.

In a legal statement filed in May, she said: “I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States.”

Last week, it emerged that Diddy’s release from prison had been moved up once more, meaning he will become a free man earlier than expected.

The 56-year-old disgraced hip hop mogul’s new discharge date from New Jersey’s Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Fort Dix is now February 5, 2028 according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Just last month, the date had been changed once again, following his recent prison brawl as it was moved to February 20, 2028.

The date keeps fluctuating as that change came just days after his release date was moved up from February to January.

A jury found Diddy guilty of two counts of transporting prostitutes across state lines for the purpose of sex at his 2025 federal trial. He was acquitted by the jury on the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

A judge sentenced the rapper to four years and two months in prison as the sentence began in October 2025.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s release date has moved a number of times since he started serving his 50-month sentence, after his conviction on two prostitution charges back in October 2025.

He was originally set to be released in the summer before the date moved up to April, then February, then January and now back to February.

The reason for the changes have not been clear as his January release was set after he was put into solitary confinement following his prison fight.

The Daily Mail reached out to Diddy’s representatives for comment at the time.

Just days prior it was revealed that Diddy had his release date moved a month earlier, in spite of a prison brawl that landed him in solitary confinement.

After a hotly publicized trial, the rap mogul was acquitted July 2025 of the most serious charges against him, sex trafficking and racketeering, but was found guilty on two lesser charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Although his sentence was initially scheduled to end on May 8, 2028, his release was pushed back to June 4, 2028 over allegations denied by his attorney that Diddy drank moonshine and made an unauthorized three-way phone call.

He was granted a reprieve last October when the date was moved to April 25, 2028 owing to the FIRST STEP Act, a prison reform law from Donald Trump’s first presidency that was famously championed by Kim Kardashian and has resulted in the early release of tens of thousands of criminals.

The date was later adjusted to April 15, 2028, and last month it emerged his sentence had been slashed again to conclude February 23, 2028.

Then another change had been made, and Diddy was slated to emerge from jail on January 24, 2028.

In response to an inquiry from the Daily Mail, the Federal Bureau of Prisons stated: ‘For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for any incarcerated individual, including release plans or specifics regarding why a release date changes.’

News of the modification circulated a week after Diddy got into a fight with another inmate at Fort Dix.

Multiple sources claimed Diddy lashed out at the other inmate after he insulted the rap mogul, according to TMZ.

A spokesman for FCI Fort Dix declined to share information about the alleged incident.

‘For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not release information regarding the conditions of confinement for any inmate, including housing assignments, nor do we discuss whether a particular inmate is the subject of allegations, investigations, or sanctions,’ the representative told the Daily Mail.

Sources claimed that Diddy and the other inmate began pushing each other at first, before punches started flying between the two.

Diddy was said to have ‘held his own’ in the fight, though guards quickly separated the men and Diddy was reportedly sent to solitary confinement in response to the brawl.

Diddy has reportedly had several infractions at the New Jersey prison since he was transferred there on October 30.

Last year he was reportedly caught consuming a concoction of fermented Fanta, sugar and apples, sources told TMZ, though the rapper’s representatives have denied the claims.

‘The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false,’ a statement on the Bad Boy Entertainment founder’s X account read.

‘His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family.’

A spokesperson for the I’ll Be Missing You artist also insisted to the Daily Mail that he ‘has not violated any prison rules,’ and is instead focused on keeping clean while serving his sentence.

‘His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities,’ the spokesperson said, ‘and he is taking them seriously.’

Diddy’s representative also noted that ‘this is only his first week at FCI Fort Dix, and unfortunately, rumors will surface throughout his time there.’

‘We ask the public and the press to give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth, and the grace to move forward in peace.’

Just a few days later, however, Combs reportedly got into trouble for making a three-way call in violation of prison rules.

But Diddy said he was simply speaking with his lawyer, who added the head of legal communications who was working on a statement for his approval to be sent to The New York Times.

Following his time in prison, the judge sentenced Combs to another five years of supervised release.

Judge Arun Subramanian said a lengthy sentence was needed for deterrence and that he was unconvinced that if Combs is released these crimes won’t happen again.

The judge condemned Diddy for his ‘savage’ abuse of his ex-girlfriend Cassie and said he was making an example of him because he caused ‘irreparable harm’ to his victims.
