The Golden Globes isn’t the only recent starry event to include some unusual swag.

Donald Trump’s inauguration also included a gift bag, we hear.

Those in attendance received their inaugural event passes at the historic Decatur House, located just steps away from the White House in Washington, DC. VIPs who were personally invited by President Trump and his family were given a goodie bag filled with mementos.

While the 2017 inauguration invites were tucked into a large navy folio, this time it was “Republican red all the way.”

The gifts included a large red leather journal with a gold embossed sketch of the US Capitol, as well as a red leather coin and watch dish also embossed with the iconic Capitol building.

One of the standout items was a large bronze-colored medal featuring silhouettes of President Trump and Vice President JD Vance. Whether the artistic representations on the medal are accurate is open to interpretation.

On the other side of the medal were the running-mates’ names.

Other gifts included a red “challenge coin,” as well as a glittering White House Christmas ornament.

Capping it all off was a commemorative bottle of President Trump’s favorite beverage, Diet Coke.

The bottle said, “The inauguration of the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, January 20, 2025.”

A large white canvas bag with a sketch of the Capitol in red was also provided, presumably to haul the inaugural booty home.
