() A Domino’s delivery driver disappeared in Minnesota after failing to make several deliveries or return home after his shift.
Shuefaub Xiong, 42, was reported missing on Jan. 14, according to the Apple Valley Police Department. Investigators say he may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
Xiong was reported missing after he didn’t come home at the end of his shift. Investigators later learned that he had arrived at work but failed to make four deliveries. Customers called to notify Domino’s that their pizzas never arrived.
Officers searched the area where the pizzas were supposed to be delivered but did not locate Xiong or his red Toyota Camry.
The car was later located in Superior, Wisconsin, on Jan. 19. A witness told police they thought they saw Xiong with the car the afternoon before it was discovered on Jan. 18.
Someone who knew Xiong said they spoke to him in Roseville, Minnesota, later that day. It’s not known how Xiong would have traveled to that area after leaving his car behind.
Police say the cold weather and uncharacteristic behavior have led them to believe Xiong may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
While he is not reported to be a danger to others, police said Xiong does have a permit to carry a firearm and has been known to do so.
Xiong’s family described him as a kind, selfless person who was always there when someone was in need.
Xiong’s family is offering a $20,000 reward for his safe return.
Xiong is described as an Asian man, 5’8″ tall and weighing 215 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone with information on Xiong should call (952) 953-2700 or contact 911.
