Donatella Versace has given fans a glimpse of her unrecognisable new appearance in a stunning new social media snap.

The renowned Italian designer, aged 70, has been the subject of ongoing rumors about her evolving looks, although she has only openly confessed to using Botox.

Showing off her svelte physique, Donatella posed up a storm in the white sequinned gown with her fresh-faced complexion on full display.

The fashion mogul’s top lip appeared noticeably thinner, while her cheeks were also less puffy than in previous snaps.

Anastasia Koles, an advanced aesthetic nurse and the founder of ALTA Medispa, was invited to give her insights on Donatella’s recent appearance and the possibility of her having undergone any cosmetic ‘tweakments’.

She explained to the Daily Mail: ‘Regarding Donatella, it’s challenging to definitively state which procedures she might have had without evaluating her face-to-face.’

‘From images, her lips do appear smaller compared to before, which can happen for a few reasons. In the past, she seems to have had permanent fillers, likely silicone, in combination with hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers layered on top. 

‘If the HA filler has been dissolved or has naturally broken down, that could explain the reduction in volume. 

‘The initial widening of her lips may also have been due to silicone combined with the effects of a high-tension facelift, where the skin is pulled quite tightly to the sides of the face. 

‘Her jawline also appears more defined, which could be the result of dermal filler to enhance structure or skin-tightening treatments such as RF microneedling, both of which are commonly used to create a sharper, more contoured appearance. 

‘Natural ageing itself can also play a role, as changes in skin and tissue over time can make lips and facial features look different.’

Donatella shocked fans when she debuted a brand new look while posing for pictures at the The Devil Wears Prada musical launch last year.

She was joined by friend Sir Elton John, who wrote the music for the show, which is centered around the 2006 comedy drama originally starring Anne Hathaway. 

The businesswoman also posed with Anna Wintour, whom the musical is thought to be about, and actress Vanessa Williams.

The Italian fashion designer stunned on the red carpet in a sheer, heavily embellished bronze mini dress with a black sweetheart neckline bodysuit underneath. 

Donatella paired her sheer dress with knee-high brown leather platform boots.  

She also wore a red AIDS awareness ribbon to pay homage to the Elton Johns Aids Foundation, which the gala benefited. 

Donatella shared snaps from the big night out on Instagram with the caption, ‘R.S.V.P. YES The Devil Wears Prada for its Opening Gala Night,’ calling the show ‘mesmerising’ and praising her friend Elton for his work on it. 

In the second slide, Donatella looked younger than ever, causing fans to comment in shock, with one calling her new look ‘the biggest upgrade in history’. 

Many people on X, formerly Twitter, compared the luxury designer’s youthful visage to Lindsay Lohan’s stunning looks, as the Mean Girls star also underwent a major beauty transformation recently. 

One asked, ‘Did you find the Lindsay Lohan’s doc, Donatella?’ 

In 1993, at age 37, Donatella showed off her natural beauty, showcasing her full lips and the early signs of lines around her eyes (pictured at Versace fashion show in Paris in 1993)

She later she stunned at the VH1 Divas Live concert held on April 13, 1999 at the Beacon Theater in New York City

In 2005, she was seen with an enhanced looking pout and dark tan while attending the Costume Institute Gala Celebrating Chanel at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City

By 2011 experts speculated that she may have had more cosmetic treatments (pictured in 2013)

Another pointed out it was ‘Donatella new face’.

Many people have pointed out that celebrities appear to be getting ‘undetectable’ procedures with little to no recovery time, leaving them looking unrecognisable on the red carpet.
