The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has finally filed for divorce from her estranged husband Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley.

Paul, 57, and Dorit, 48, revealed their decision to separate in May, ending a nine-year marriage amid ongoing speculation regarding the status of their relationship.

Dorit initiated divorce proceedings last week in Los Angeles County, requesting alimony, as well as complete legal and physical custody of their children, Jagger, 11, and Phoenix, nine.

Insiders allege that the couple, who tied the knot just over a decade ago in March 2015, did not have a prenuptial agreement, according to TMZ. 

Dorit’s attorney is Samantha Spector, who represented Amber Heard in her divorce from Johnny Depp and Jenna Dewan in her divorce from Channing Tatum.

Just one day following the separation announcement, PK was photographed in Beverly Hills engaged in a heated public embrace with Shana Wall, a former girlfriend of Ryan Seacrest who bears a striking resemblance to Dorit.

The pair shared more than just a few smooches, looking completely wrapped up in each other as they stood on the sidewalk like no one else existed.

Meanwhile the tension between PK and Dorit has been a hot topic among Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fans, with rumors swirling that the off-screen drama could spill into the show’s next season. 

PK, who’s currently focused on his sobriety journey, continues to manage talent for a roster that includes British music icon Boy George.

He also has three children from his first marriage to Loretta Gold — daughters Atlanta and Tatum, and son Daniel.

The shocking PDA-packed night out comes on the heels of Dorit having a flirty moment of her own — this time, in the comments section of a shirtless thirst trap posted by The Traitors winner Dylan Efron earlier this month.

‘It’s the proud look on your face for me!’ Dorit wrote under the steamy snap. ‘Oh, and the abs are also [three fire emojis]!!’

The 33-year-old reality champ cheekily replied, ‘@doritkemsley still proud of you for getting 100% on the ab quiz.’

Dorit and Dylan first sparked playful banter after appearing together on Watch What Happens Live.

Efron, best known as Zac Efron’s younger brother, is still happily coupled up with his high school sweetheart Courtney King.

Dorit was first introduced to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans in December 2016, just a year after giving birth to daughter Phoenix. 

At the time, she and PK seemed like the ultimate glam duo — and Dorit made it clear they were not about to let the cameras, or critics, shake their bond.

‘We don’t really let outside influences come into our little tight bond because it’s me and him and we are so the yin and yang,’ she told The Daily Dish at the time. 

‘As far as the negative attention, he just says, “Oh, who cares? We are who we are.”’

But by 2022, cracks in the façade started to show. 

In March 2024, just two months before announcing their split, they gushingly celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary on Instagram

Speculation swirled after co-star Erika Girardi boldly predicted at BravoCon that Dorit and PK would be the next couple to call it quits. 

They batted down the rumors through 2023 — both on social media and during season 13 — and in March 2024 they proudly celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary with a gushing post on Instagram.

However, they had also been candid about their marital difficulties, which Dorit openly discussed on her reality show The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. 

During a reunion episode that aired in March 2024, she confessed she and PK had been having problems partly because of how much he was traveling. 

She also noted she was suffering from trauma being robbed at gunpoint in her own home as her children slept on the premises in October 2021.

‘After we wrapped [filming], things got progressively worse,’ Dorit explained on the show, admitting she and PK were ‘at probably an all-time bad’ in their marriage.

The pair, seen in 2022, had been candid about their marital difficulties, which Dorit openly discussed on her reality show The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills 

‘PK was drinking a lot and he’s a drinker. I just think that its very difficult to have clear-headed conversations when he’s drinking so much, so he gave up drinking.’

However she shared then that she and PK had been doing ‘better than ever’ since he quit alcohol, a decision that she described as ‘a very pivotal moment, so things are – knock on wood – as good as they can possibly be.’ 

Two months later, in May 2024, the couple confirmed what fans had long suspected, posting a joint statement to Instagram Stories: ‘We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,’ they wrote. 

‘We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.’

Days later, Dorit addressed the breakup more candidly in the comments of a now-deleted Instagram post, after a fan asked, ‘wait i thought y’all were stronger than ever?.’

Her response? Blunt: ‘We were. S— happens. It’s called life—try it sometime. One day at a time.’
