Elon Musk was locked in a legal dispute with A-list actress Amber Heard over their embryos, according to a resurfaced legal dossier.

After her tumultuous legal battle with ex-partner Johnny Depp, the actress has chosen to maintain a low profile. She is highly protective of her privacy, especially when it comes to discussions about the father of her child. Amber Heard prefers to emphasize her role as both a mother and a father figure in her child’s life.

During a recent revelation linked to the 2022 court case, a statement from a close acquaintance of Amber’s sister Whitney resurfaced. According to this declaration, Amber Heard and Elon Musk had intentions of starting a family together. Their relationship spanned from 2016 to 2018, characterized by periods of being together and apart.

Jennifer Howell, the individual making the claim, asserted that Amber and Musk were engaged in a legal dispute concerning embryos that they had jointly created. Musk’s alleged preference was to destroy these embryos, whereas Amber was intent on preserving them for the purpose of having a child.

Howell’s testimony was not admitted as evidence in the Depp v. Heard trial as the actress’ lawyers argued it had been falsely obtained by the opposing legal team.

They later accused one of Depp’s attorneys of leaking the document to the press.

Heard, who now lives far from Hollywood in Madrid, Spain, became a mother via surrogacy to Oonagh in April 2021. The 38-year-old has never disclosed the identity of the girl’s father. She announced in December that she is expecting a second child.

Speculation about Musk’s children with the actress resurfaced last night in the wake of a new report that claimed the billionaire – now father to at least 14 children by four women – is intent on producing a ‘legion’ of offspring and has set up confidential financial arrangements with several mothers.

It comes amid revelations that Musk – who has 14 children that the public knows of -would allegedly approach women whom he determined, for one reason or another, would be ideal candidates to conceive with

The latest baby mama is Ashley St Clair, a 26-year-old MAGA influencer, who claims she was offered $15 million upfront and $100,000 per month to keep silent about their son.  

‘Multiple sources close to the tech entrepreneur said they believe the true number of Musk’s children is much higher than publicly known,’ according to the Wall Street Journal.

Rumors that Musk had fathered Heard’s child were rampant at the time of the Depp trial, amplified by the claims made by Howell, who considered herself the ‘chosen sister’ of Heard’s own sister Whitney, who was also her employee. 

Whitney said the revelations Howell made in her signed testimony were ‘complete fiction’ and they were ultimately excluded from court proceedings.

Howell had also claimed that Heard’s mom Paige described Musk as ‘controlling and abusive’, and added that Depp was ‘an angel or a saint in comparison.’ 

Later, Howell said the charity she ran received an anonymous donation ‘on behalf of Amber Heard’ for $250,000, which she believed at the time of the declaration was made by Musk.

The report goes into explicit detail about Musk’s affinity for the use of surrogates, allegedly with the goal of building a ‘legion’ of offspring ‘before the apocalypse.’

‘I mean, you know, you’ve got to walk the talk. So, I do have a lot of kids, and I encourage others to have lots of kids,’ Musk said in 2024.

According to the publication, Musk is open to providing his sperm to women he is not in a romantic relationship with.

In one instance, he was allegedly approached by ‘Japanese officials [who] asked him to be a sperm donor for a high-profile woman.’

According to St. Clair, Musk agreed to the proposal.

‘They want me to be a sperm donor. No romance or anything, just sperm,’ he allegedly text St. Clair while discussing the offer.

And in another, he allegedly contacted cryptocurrency influencer Tiffany Fong after stumbling across her X account.

After weeks of interacting with her content – sending droves of new followers to her page in the process – he allegedly proposed the two have a child together.

The pair had never met in person, and Fong allegedly turned down his proposal as she envisioned herself one day having a traditional nuclear family.

The publication also named Musk’s confidante, Jared Birchall, as his ‘fixer’ who handles negotiations with the women the world’s richest man chooses to have children with.

Birchall allegedly discusses Musk’s monetary offer with the women and details the rules which come with the agreement. Discretion, St. Clair claims, is of the utmost importance.

St. Clair alleged that Birchall told her: ‘We have been through way too many issues where, to not sign some agreement associated with handing over 15-plus million dollars is absolutely insane and irresponsible.

‘We have dealt with some very unstable, mentally unstable, people that all of a sudden misremember things.’

According to St. Clair, Birchall indicated that other women have signed such secrecy agreements.

Musk is publicly known to have children with four women – six with his ex wife, Justine; three with singer Grimes; four with a former employee Shivon Zilis; and one with St. Clair. 

The publication stated: ‘A person familiar with Musk’s thinking on the agreements with the mothers of his children said that Musk believes it is better to resolve these matters behind closed doors for the safety and security of the child.’

Heard revealed in July of 2021 that she had welcomed a daughter, Oonagh Paige, via surrogate in April of that year. 

She said at the time that she had decided four years earlier – in 2017 – that she wanted to have a child.

‘Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms,’ she revealed.

Sharing another photo of Oonagh, she revealed: ‘I’m just the mom and the dad. She’s the boss.’

Around the time that Heard decided to have a child, she was dating Musk.

The duo became friendly at the 2016 Met Gala. During the court proceedings with Depp trial, Heard described Musk as ‘a real gentleman. He was really nice.

‘He sat at a nearby table and we got to speaking that night and eventually became friends.’ 

The pair sparked romance rumors weeks later after Heard formally filed for divorce, but by August 2017 they had split.

At the time, Musk left a comment confirming the breakup on Heard’s Instagram, writing: ‘Although Amber and I did break up, we are still friends, remain close and love one another.

‘Long distance relationships, when both partners have intense work obligations are always difficult, but who knows what the future holds.’ 

The couple rekindled by late 2017 but were over once again in early 2018.
