Jill Zarin, known for her role on “Real Housewives of New York City,” has been dismissed from the original lineup of a new E! series following a controversial outburst regarding Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show.

Zarin was slated to appear on E!’s “The Golden Life,” but Blink49 Studios, the show’s production company, announced on Tuesday that they have severed their association with her.

“Given Jill Zarin’s recent public remarks, Blink49 Studios has chosen to exclude her from ‘The Golden Life.’ Our dedication to producing a series that aligns with our standards and principles remains unwavering,” the producers conveyed in a statement to Variety.

After the backlash, Zarin removed an Instagram video in which she criticized Bad Bunny’s performance as “the worst halftime show ever.”

“We are marking 250 years of the United States, and I feel it was inappropriate to feature a performance in Spanish, along with what I consider indecent gestures,” she commented. “I found it to be entirely unsuitable.”

“You’ve got all these young kids watching the Super Bowl, and he doesn’t have to be grabbing himself every five seconds because he’s so insecure. Seriously.”

Zarin, 62, continued, “It looked like a political statement because there were literally no white people in the entire thing. I think it was a political statement, and I’m not taking a side one way or the other. I just do. I think it was an ICE thing.”

The reality star also threw shade at Lady Gaga, who made a surprise appearance in the halftime show.

“And Lady Gaga got a facelift — I didn’t recognize her!” she said. “I literally had to Google her face to see who it was. We all couldn’t agree who it was.”

“So that was kind of fun in the middle of halftime. At least it gave me something to do, because it was so hard to watch.”

Page Six broke the news that Zarin as well as “RHONY” stars Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon and Sonja Morgan were cast on E!’s “The Golden Life,” which is scheduled to start filming in the spring. The series features the women reuniting in Palm Beach, Fl.
